Flux Delta spool bottom

I'm new to 3D printing, and this is my first model. I designed it to fit a spool that doesn't lie flat in the spool area, allowing me to put a spool stand in the same space. This model is useful for covering holes in the bottom of the spool area. If you have a spool with similar problems, this design might be just what you need. I used Fusion 360 to create this model, and I'm excited to share it with the community. Here are my print settings: **Print Settings** * Printer: Flux Delta * Rafts: Yes (MUST) * Supports: No * Notes: Scale to 160mm wide **How I Designed This** I designed this model using Fusion 360, and here's how I set up the print settings: **Advanced -> Expert** * Avoid crossing perimeters = 0 * Before layer G-code = * Bottom solid layers = 4 * Bridge acceleration = 0 * Bridge fan speed = 100 * Bridge flow ratio = 1 * Bridge speed = 60 * Brim width = 0 * Complete objects = 0 * Cooling = 1 * Default acceleration = 0 * Disable fan first layers = 3 * Don't support bridges = 1 * Duplicate distance = 6 * End G-code = G91, G1 E-6 F300, M104 S0, G90, M84 **External Fill Pattern** * External fill pattern = rectilinear * External perimeter extrusion width = 0.4 * External perimeter speed = 25 * External perimeters first = 0 * Extra perimeters = 1 * Extruder clearance height = 20 * Extruder clearance radius = 20 * Extrusion axis = E * Extrusion multiplier = 1 * Extrusion width = 0.4 * Fan always on = 0 * Fan below layer time = 99 * Filament colour = #FFFFFF * Filament diameter = 1.75 * Fill angle = 45 * Fill density = 12 * Fill pattern = honeycomb * First layer acceleration = 0 * First layer bed temperature = 0 * First layer extrusion width = 125% * First layer height = 0.3 * First layer speed = 25 * First layer temperature = 230 * Gap fill speed = 20 * G-code arcs = 0 * G-code comments = 0 * G-code flavor = reprap **Infill Settings** * Infill acceleration = 0 * Infill every layers = 1 * Infill extruder = 1 * Infill extrusion width = 0.4 * Infill first = 0 * Infill only where needed = 0 * Infill overlap = 30% * Infill speed = 60 **Miscellaneous** * Interface shells = 0 * Layer G-code = * Layer height = 0.3 * Travel speed = 80 * Use firmware retraction = 0 * Use relative E distances = 0 * Use volumetric E = 0 * Vibration limit = 0 * Wipe = 0 * XY size compensation = -0.07 * Z offset = 0
