I designed an innovative expansion chamber for vaporizers featuring two interconnected chambers linked by three 'macaroni' tubes, ensuring a drip-free vape experience. The clever design eliminates the need for a rubber gasket, allowing users to achieve a perfect fit by simply placing a folded piece of paper or toilet paper over the hole where the drip tip is inserted and then pressing the Flux Chamber into place. The misaligned tubes are intentionally designed this way to cater to those with a more relaxed approach to aesthetics. I fabricated mine without supports, and although they did exhibit a slight droop at the bottom due to my printer nozzle's limitations, the overall structure turned out fine. To achieve optimal results, it is recommended to print at 100% infill and a layer height of .2mm. Additionally, a brim may be necessary if your bed adhesion is poor.
