Flush Mounted LED Blinker Housing for Honda Navi

<p>This is a blinker/signal assembly for the S23 LED blinkers from ScooterSwapShop, found <a href="https://scooterswapshop.com/collections/honda-navi/products/s23-led-flush-mount-blinkers">here </a>for $10.&nbsp;</p><p>To complete this build as pictured, you will need:</p><ul><li>(2) M3x4 screws</li><li>(2) M3x6 screws</li><li>PRINT (1) of each file attached.<br>&nbsp;</li></ul><p><strong>Printing</strong></p><p>Everything was printed on my Ender3 Pro at .2mm layer height, and a standard .4mm nozzle. &nbsp;I use Gyroid infil at ~20%, but you can probably go lower. The main housing does require supports, but that is it.&nbsp;<br><br><strong>Construction</strong></p><ol><li>With all of the pieces printed, start by inserting the M3x4 into the inner bracket arm, and screwing it into the main housing.&nbsp;<ul><li><img class="image_resized" style="width:75%;" src="https://media.printables.com/media/prints/262802/rich_content/f3c7d13a-abf8-42a8-b6e3-85eabd80d59f/image.png#%7B%22uuid%22%3A%22bbdb291c-66d1-4691-b763-c8a4a99c3eea%22%2C%22w%22%3A963%2C%22h%22%3A632%7D"><br>&nbsp;</li></ul></li><li>Next, take the M3x6 screw and screw it a few turns into the pilot hole to create the threads inside of the PLA.&nbsp;</li><li>Unscrew the M3x6 screw and insert it into the inner brace for later.&nbsp;</li><li>Now insert the LED through the front, and run the nut along the wire from the back.&nbsp;</li><li>Screw the nut on a few turns, and then pull the LED outward to seat the nut inside the housing.&nbsp;</li><li>Screw the LED in completely from the outside/inside until it is seated snuggly.&nbsp;<ul><li><img class="image_resized" style="width:75%;" src="https://media.printables.com/media/prints/262802/rich_content/fdf6a65d-a1c0-475d-8346-35c2cae84a9d/image.png#%7B%22uuid%22%3A%22ea6a6dc0-30b9-4bdb-afd3-1de54e58049c%22%2C%22w%22%3A1103%2C%22h%22%3A652%7D"></li><li><img class="image_resized" style="width:75%;" src="https://media.printables.com/media/prints/262802/rich_content/f9f63653-221f-4cdc-8659-9673448b02ab/image.png#%7B%22uuid%22%3A%22ebfb3361-6afa-48b4-8d77-095b2af06be6%22%2C%22w%22%3A1006%2C%22h%22%3A691%7D"><br>&nbsp;</li></ul></li><li>Next, run the wire into the signal opening on your Navi. The bracket arm should ‘lock in’ pretty snuggly.&nbsp;</li><li>Now with the M3x6 screw in the brace, screw it into the pilot hole from inside the headlight housing.
