i really liked the flush cutter v rail mount created by rasungod0 but wanted the freedom to swivel and mount in any orientation, ive adapted it to use a m4 screw and a v rail nut although i belive a m3 and the T-nut M3 drop-in rotating V-Slot by DaVinci2000 will work. enjoy!
