I'm about to swap out over 400 fluorescent tubes and starters. The starters were all pretty deeply embedded in the light fixture, so I knew a tool was needed to save my fingertips and make the changes a lot smoother. Through trial and error, this is what I came up with. Improved, v4 has thicker walls and is less prone to breaking in your pocket.
