Fluorescence Filter Cubes (***Updated – 3/18/2020)
thingiverse
These are a collection of different fluorescent filter cubes designed specifically for various microscopes from Leitz, Leica, Olympus, Nikon, and Zeiss. The list also includes some optional filter size adapters in case your filters don't fit any of these models. I have provided the epi-illuminator models that fit each cube below; however, it's worth noting that some of them are compatible with other cubes and microscope models as well (for example, Leitz and Olympus cubes). **Important Note:** These filter sizes are standard for each cube, but most of them can also use a wide range of dichroic filters, including circular ones. Here are the details on the different filter cubes: 1. Leitz Cube (Ploemopak): 18mm Filters + 18x26mm Dichroic 2. Leica Cube (DMLB, DMR, DMIRB): 22mm Filters + 21x29mm Dichroic 3. Olympus Cube (AX, BX): 25mm Filters + 26x36mm Dichroic 4. Nikon Eclipse Cube: 18mm Filters + 18x26mm Dichroic If you have any questions or requests, feel free to let me know! **Update 12/23/2019** New Cubes Added: 5. Nikon Cube (Labophot, Optiphot): 19mm Ex + 25mm Em + 18x26mm Dichroic 6. Zeiss Cube (Axioskop, Axiophot): 25mm Filters + 26x36mm Dichroic 7. Zeiss 80mm Slider (Axioskop, Axiophot): 25mm Filters + 26x36mm Dichroic 8. Olympus Cube (IMT-2): ~20mm Filters + 20x30mm Dichroic **Filter Cube Adapters** 1. Ploemopak → Eclipse 2. Leica → Eclipse 3. Labophot/Optiphot → Eclipse **Filter Size Adapters** 1. 18mm Male → 20mm Female 2. 18mm Male → 25mm Female 3. 19mm Male → 25mm Female 4. 20mm Male → 25mm Female 5. 25mm Male → 18mm Female 6. 25mm Male → 20mm Female **Update 03/18/2020** New Cubes Added: 9. Nikon Eclipse Cube (Large): 25mm Filters + 26x36mm Dichroic 10. Zeiss 110mm Slider (Axioskop, Axiophot): 25mm Filters + 26x36mm Dichroic 11.
