The tabs that held my Fluke 189 tilt stand broke and gluing them didn't work. I made a plug to replace the tabs that could be glued in place of the tabs. I filed the point in the tilt stand where the tabs were until it was flush with the back of the stand. It is important to make sure the notch in the plug is aligned with the back having the quarter-section facing the top of the tilt stand and the quarter-section's face perpendicular to the back. I used Locktite 495 to glue the plug to my broken tilt stand. I hope this helps you out.
