Here's a replacement stand for these vintage handheld meters. It's not uncommon for the original stand pegs that go into the case to break off. Note the bevel feature opposite the pegs - this allows for insertion and removal of the stand without hanging up in the slot in the case. To insert/remove, hold the stand at about a 30 degree angle to the case and compress the arms a bit so that the peg can snap into / out of the case. Print in a high strength material, such as ABS, since the pegs that go into the case are the weak point. Fusion360 design file included.
