Fluidstance (for the poor)
thingiverse
Heard about the "Fluidstance"? Neither did I until today. It's a skateboard/platform where you stand while working at your standing desk, designed to help you burn more calories by constantly readjusting your balance. That pricey piece of equipment is made from maple and aluminum, costing around $400. So, I created this model in the hope that one day I'll find some time to build a smaller version for under $5. It's designed to work with 18mm wood sheets. The dimensions are smaller than the original, measuring about the size of an average skateboard. The real Fluidstance is roughly 26" long.
