Fluidizing reactor

Fluidizing reactor

thingiverse

You'll need parts to construct a fluidized reactor from a 90 mm acrylic tube. A little wiggle room is built into this design, so you may want to scale it down if a snug fit is essential. I used flexible filament for the NO3 text model and the gasket, allowing them to be applied directly onto the acrylic tube like stickers. A fluidized bed reactor works by circulating solid particles through a stream of gas or liquid. This process requires precise control over factors such as temperature, pressure, and flow rate.
