The valve body in a fluid control valve houses a fluid passageway. A cage is positioned within this path, featuring a wall and creating a cage bore with an axis. The valve plug assembly includes a movable valve plug. The cage contains one or more windows and a valve seat. Each window consists of multiple slots, whose longitudinal axes are parallel or slightly tilted relative to a reference plane that is perpendicular to the cage bore's axis.
