To transform into a butterfly like TrevorLaw's creation (http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:11369), start as a caterpillar or bug. Be inspired by his design, but try an improved version with eyes and feet. Firstly, print the required number of body segments from TrevorLaw's model - 2 for a bug, 4 or more for a caterpillar. Then, print twice the quantity of feet (4 for a bug, 8 for a caterpillar). Next, prepare two eyes, ensuring they are well-supported for printing quality. Assemble your butterfly using about 5~10m of 5mm vinyl, gluing and filling in stages. Use ABS for strength but consider PLA if intended for children's use. Personalize with a marker by coloring the eyes to your preference.
