This is my first file to be made public, i would appreciate any feedback or suggestions. FLSUN V400 Speeder Pad Mount V1.1 https://youtube.com/shorts/EGm9AIj0U-M?feature=share All images and videos are of v1.0, i have since altered the design slightly to make assembly a little easier and added cable support. All items can be printed in PLA, i also used TPU for item 8 but PLA should be fine for this too. See Speeder pad 3 image for recommended print orientation, support are recommended for parts 1 & 2 only. Hardware parts list: 4 x 19x5mm (10mm hole) bearings, you could print some disks to these dimensions if you don't have bearings available. 1 x 65 xM6 nut & bolt ( I had some M6 Coach bolts available, hence the square recess in the hinge) 4 x m3 x 16mm nuts, bolts & washers 2 x m3 x 30mm 4nuts & 2 washers ( the extra nuts are for the hinge & clamp to stop the bolt digging into the chassis of the printer ) Superglue or contact adhesive Assemble and install the hinge assembly (#4 ) loosely until your happy with its position, then tighten the 2 pins to lock the hinge in the rail. Glue item the Rail end stop (#3) to the Mounting rail (#2) making sure the hole for the cable stress relief is at the bottom of the mounting rail ( not in the images ) this is to hold the cables. Apply a very small amount of glue to the bearing posts (#6) and fix the bearings to one end of each post, make sure all glued parts are dry before continuing. Assemble the bearing posts onto the rear of the Speeder pad cradle (#6 x4 pcs + #1). Attach the Mounting rail to the hinge ( don't tighten yet, do this when the pad is in the cradle and set a tension that suits you). Lower the cradle ** please note the power plug cut out in the cradle** into the top of the mounting rail and move the cradle to the right to lock in. Insert Clip bungs (#8) into the lower chassis holes the TPU ( or PLA) Attach Cable clips (#7) to the Speeder pad cables and push into the bungs (#8 ) The Cradle will allow the pad to be tilted up or down but this is a little insecure, use this item at your own risk. https://youtube.com/shorts/1G3zU7P9Uqo?feature=share Printing parameters are up to you i recommend printing parts with at least 3 or 4 walls etc where applicable, 20% infill on the parts that require it and a print height of 0.2mm
