FLSUN V400 Full Enclusure with filter and fan. INTRODUCTION AND DESCRIPTION The idea is create strong hinges system in order to be printed with all materials, and decrease as soon as possible the holes on the glasses especially in hinge side. The open side is single door with 3 glasses not bended, in order to not have stress on the printed part. you can choose to increment thickness of glass without risks. PRINTING AND CONSTRUCTION For do it you need a good calibrated printer (expecially for hinges) and some nuts and bolt For the glasses I used 2 mm polycarbonate glass (don't use simple plexiglass because risk of break the glass. The side parts are 800x362 up to 2,5mm DOOR For the door parts I suggest to measure once you have printed the supports due to the precision of your printer and In case you want to add some aluminum profiles in the edges to harden the structure. Is optional. The thickness is up to you. I used also 2,5mm but you can use 2 The 4 parts (2 in the top and 2 in the bottom) of the door can be merged together by 2 m8 threaded rods, and the glass can be fixed with an M5 nut and bolt. The door closes with 5mm magnets (4 in the structure,4 in the chassis) The caps of the door side are detachable in order to modify them at your necessities and the inner part can be used for some electronics or wiring. The hinges can be locked to chassis with an M4 Bolt and the nut placed in the locker part. SIDE CAPS The sides caps are usable in all positions (if you don't want use Filter Box) and can be fixed to glass with M3 bolt and nut (in my case no need because they are forced in position by glass itself) The caps are basically a remix of makerMe’s from printables. https://www.printables.com/model/311405-flsun-v400-enclosure-wip FILTER BOX AND COOLING The filter box is composed by a body, a caps and a active carbon paper retainer (every thing is splitted by 2 in order to print (you can use mirror function if you want). The fan is a 60x60x15. Personally I controlled it in Klipper with Arduino as secondary MCU. The filter box is useful also to cool the upper part of the printer where the electronic stays. Fresh air enter under the chassis profiles and can be forced by the fan in the upper side. For the lazies I put also the mirrored parts excepts filter retainer (print 2) If your printer is in a hot places you can choose to put 2 of them in the upper sides in order to increase the ventilation. Or add an auxiliary fan system in the top of the printer. Personally I printed everything in PLA+ and no problem at all. Avoid support as soon as possible. P.S I don't know why some stl of door are not visible in the preview. all The files are loaded. WARNING Please note this enclosure is experimental. Measures of glasses can be different from mine (expecially sides width). Use at own risk. Enjoy your V400
