FLSUN SR (SuperRacer) Enclosure

This in an enclosure for the Flsun Super Racer. All printed parts can be printed on the SR. It is a work in rapid progress, as no one has built and posted one yet. I will update until complete. I suggest 1/16 or thinner clear panels for the sides and 1/8 panels for the doors. I am using cardboard and 1/8 solid panels, will update suggestions if needed once I upgrade. Setting bed to 100C I'm able to reach 30-40C. Use this hinge, its made specifically for this enclosure. thing:5201155 Use the included knobs as they house the magnets and keep the door closed, magnets must be orientated so they attract each other. No magnets? A rubber band will do until you get some. Prerequisite: Tap the existing holes on the bottom of the printer. Use lubricant while tapping. M5x0.8 Parts needed: Hardware 4 - M5x5 or longer bolts (bottom mounts) 16 - M3x8 bolts (hinges, front mounts) 10 - T-nuts thing:5155562 12 - Zip ties 2 - M3 or M4 flush or low profile screws that a magnet can stick to (door latch) 2 - Neodymium magnets 8mm x 3mm Printed 3 - Left hand hinges (mirrored in slicer) 3 - Right hand hinges thing:5201155 4 - Left hand side panel mounts (mirrored in slicer) 4 - Right hand side panel mounts 2 - Left hand front door mount (mirrored in slicer) 2 - Right hand front door mount 2 - Bottom feet 2 - Door knobs Material 2 - Doors (180mm wide x min 610mm - max. 810mm tall) 1/8 panels 2 - Side panels (355mm x 795mm), cardboard or 1/6in clear or other panel 1/5/22 I’ll have this done soon guys. I just posted a picture showing how to attach the left and right. Going to need to tap the holes on the bottom of printer. I’m going to make the door very soon. 1/7/22 Made a minor adjustment. A wall in the way on the groove. Can just be cut out if already printed. 1/15/22 Big push today, I have finished the parts for the front door. I may make a few minor adjustments before I mark as "completed", let me know if you run into any issues or have any suggestions. 5/15/22 Small updates, new picture.
