FLSun SR Enclosure (Round Magnets)
thingiverse
This is just a remix of the original design to be used with 10mm round magnets, since the original design called for 50mmx10mm magnets which seem to be nearly impossible to find in the U.S. I made each middle panel 120mm wide and each outer panel 115mm wide. I used clear silicone sealant to seal the seams so I didn't have to resort to Scotch tape. I used 8mm wooden dowel rods to add extra rigidity to the enclosure and just painted them matte black to match. I also used a dremmel to bore out a half-circle for the cord that runs down the back of the printer, and then used black zip ties to tie it off to the nearest dowel rod. I used neoprene weather stripping at the bottom and top of each piece of acrylic to better secure them into the enclosure and also to dampen any additional noise that the enclosure might've caused. (And might I just say, this was a fantastic solution. The noise level now is even lower than it was prior to the enclosure!)
