Update: 2021-02-19 Found an error on the E3D Version, when reprinting the duct for myself deleted the faulty version and uploaded the corrected one Update: 2021-01-16 Finished the Support Free Version Made a Version for an E3Dv6 Hotend Made CFD Simulations for all Versions Renamed the STL's Update: 2020-12-21 Redesign of Variant 1 (FLSun QQ-S Pro Duct v4): Better Fit and Snap 1mm "Ring" to better cover the printers opening Nozzle better centered Airflow optimized Most of the existing designs were not quite OK for my Stock QQ-S Pro. Almost all (I tried) where blowing directly onto the nozzle. Compared to the stock duct you might need to decrease your fan-speed. PID Tuning after replacement is recommended. I recommend using PETG or ABS for printing. After serval testprints I finally used GreenTEC Pro from extrudr (it prints almost like PLA using temps like PETG, but it is Heat resistance up to 160°C VICAT A / 115°C HDT/B*) Print Settings Printer: FLSUN QQ-S Pro Rafts: No Supports: Yes Resolution: 0.16, 0.20 Infill: doesn't matter Filament: extrudr GreenTEC Pro doesn't matter Notes: For the first prints on my FLSUN QQ-S Pro I was additionally using a raft as the lattice bed doesn't offer very good adhesion with PETG. During longer prints (12hrs+) without partcooler (as I mostly use PETG) I noticed that one of the ducts had a slight deformation. Therefore although PETG seems to work OK (if you are using part cooling for your prints, I recommend filaments with higher glass transition tempertures like ABS, GreenTEC oder GreenTEC Pro.
