My FLSUN QQ-S had issues with clogging and oozing, but this simple hotend fix resolved them quickly. Pair it with a PTFE tube for optimal results - I personally use Capricorn PTFE tubes. To get the right length of PTFE tube, follow the procedure demonstrated in CHEP's YouTube video at https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=7tCxO17XZtw. I modified CHEP's design slightly to achieve precise dimensions, making it easier to insert the tube and ensuring proper filament alignment. When reassembling, use an Allen key to adjust the pneumatic joint while screwing it back into place.
