A rounded belt guide to snap-on in the botton of the optical rods and locks itself behind rod bolts (see pics), this guide prevents the belt from bending over time. Use Highest print quality (0.06) and i activate IRONING to smooth the surface a bit more, Set initial Layer speed to 10mm/sec and use low print speeds about 25-40mm/sec to create a smooth print that dont wear the belt. Also set wall count to 10 lines to create a thick solid piece You can add a little bit of oil or grease to the piece to avoid friction
