FLSUN QQ-S Pro Base with 80mm Fan Mounts

This was my first foray into both parametric 3D software (Fusion 360), and 3D printing. I really like my new QQ-S Pro, but the side fan had a hum that distracted me. I do not mind white noise, but this was a hum. Anyway, I'd seen others create these corner bases for the QQ-S, I thought I'd create a corner base that included mounts for a fan as well as a chamber for each sector to control air flow. When I ended up with was this design. I mounted 2 of the 80mm fans as intake, and 1 of them as exhaust. I removed the old fan and blocked the hole it was in. Inside the printer I removed the power supply lid (with its fan) and left it out. The new fans push more than enough air to keep the PSU cool. I also put a 24v PMW fan controller inside to slow the 80mm fans down, as they do not have to operate at nearly full speed to do the job. Ultimately the final prints had a corner radius slightly off, which I corrected in the model, but it was not worth the reprint. These are big parts, 50mm tall, and are just within the X/Y build area of the QQ-S Pro. There are holes on the side walls for routing wires between the sectors, and a hole in the wall against the printer for running the 24v line from the PSU to the fans (be sure to get 24v fans, and optionally a fan controller to slow them down). Anyway, the result was a stable base with LOTS of airflow and no more fan hum. (there is white noise of air movement, but that never bothered me.).
