FLSUN QQ-S Cable Clamp
thingiverse
Update (17/05/2020): Note that I've uploaded a longer version (50 mm longer), which is suitable for those with shorter upper cables. You'll need only one of the two STL files here, depending on your upper cable length (the part above the plugs/connectors). This ready-to-clip-on component keeps three vertical cables in place behind the up-right rod pairs in the FLSUN QQ-S series. Clamps keep these cables straight and prevent them from being hit by the moving gear chassis, which produces noise. Other similar designs require putting cable connectors inside the base hole, but this setup has a risk of damaging the motor system with belts if the connectors accidentally get involved. Those other designs also have an issue where clamped cables are still close to metal rods and may produce minor noise. This design has two main advantages: 1. Connectors are held in a protected area outside the base, so they won't interfere with the motor-belt system; 2. The clamp keeps the cable straight up-right while keeping it at its largest possible distance from the belt/gear-chassis system. This design went through several iterations (as shown in one of the pictures), resulting in an effortless setup that fits perfectly to your FLSUN QQ-S series.
