FLsun QQ Enclosure

FLsun QQ Enclosure

The FLsun QQ's design makes it effortless to enclose. Printing ABS with this enclosure is a breeze. The printer sides are covered with a five mm thick board, measuring 31.4 x 66.6 cm. The corners of the panels feature notches cut into them, measuring 8 x 13 mm. A helpful template tool to cut these notches is included. You'll need to print three sets of files, excluding the tool. The panel I used is foam boards, but it's essential to use another material as foam can be a fire hazard. A more rigid material is recommended. I had to add reinforcement glue as shown in the picture. The boards are five mm thick. The brackets are slightly slanted to fit the printer's shape perfectly. This means each bracket only fits into one of the four corners. The brackets are secured to the printer using screws that retain the vertical rounded panels. As mentioned by Bebop33 on Thingiverse, the extruder will hit the walls if you print an object larger than 22 cm in diameter. Support touching the build plate is necessary.
