A Custom Filament Cooler for the FLSUN Q5. I designed this to enhance cooling for the extruded filament and improve bridging quality. These are printed without support material. V2 - A smaller, straight air outlet measuring 2mm by 24mm. V3 - A bigger outlet measuring 3mm by 24mm with directional fins. V4 - A bigger outlet with simpler fins for easier printing without supports. After refining the original design through several iterations: V7: A narrower and more directed flow concentrates on the tip. V8: Similar to V7, aiming 10 degrees lower. And a shorter version: V9: A shorter version of V8. If V8 hits the piece, V9 is your cooling duct. I hope this design proves useful!
