Here is a cover I designed for the power supply on my Flsun Prusa i3. I used a fused switch and an old computer cord that was just taking up space in my workshop, which I'd ordered from Amazon for a mere $2. To distribute 12-volt power, I employed two XT60 connectors. One will provide power to the control board, while the other is set aside for future LED installations. Two M5x20 bolts and nuts hold the switch securely in place, though it would've stayed put without them due to the tolerance fit. The XT60 connectors feature a pressure-fit design with lips that prevent over-insertion. I'm pleased to announce that I've added a 114mm wide version of this cover at your request, catering to those who have power supplies of different sizes. Print Settings: Printer: Flsun Prusa i3 Rafts: No Supports: No Resolution: 0.3 Infill: 20% Notes: I printed the cover at a resolution of 0.3 and was impressed with the results. The entire print took under two hours to complete, showcasing the efficiency of my printer's capabilities.
