FLSUN Prusa i3 Z-axis Belt Drive
thingiverse
I'm glad the Z axis belt drive works great, and the gantry stays put even with the motors turned off. The Z calibrations were a breeze to complete. My Z Steps are set at 255.8, but you may need to adjust them to suit your setup - 255.8 could be a good starting point for you. However, I started noticing a lot of wobble in the z-axis, so I decided to remix the design to fit the flsun i3 with 20x20 extrusions. To keep the belt holder from breaking off, I used two M4 bolts and nuts. You can see pictures of this setup online. I've printed the motor mount both with supports and without them - both methods worked out fine. Check out the original design on thingiverse at https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2641186.
