I crafted this filament holder to be mounted discreetly beneath the extruder motor, out of sight from the build plate. Securely attached to the base frame, this sturdy stand minimizes vibrations and flexion compared to a stand positioned above the z-axis. The stand attaches to the frame using two standard M4 bolts and square nuts. A rod passes through the stand, with a sleeve fitting over the rod as an adapter to securely support various spool sizes.
