Human: Version 1.0: I designed a more uniform filament cooler duct for the nozzle tip that mounts securely with two m3 screws installed through existing lower holes for the extruder cooling fan, eliminating the need for nuts unless stripping of plastic occurs during print. Flow simulation ensured uniform air flow distribution around the nozzle tip. I'll continually work on improvements based on comments and plan to incorporate several iterations including an extruder fan duct, a bltouch sensor adapter, and possibly a LED holder. https://youtu.be/vkgaAB0Zlcc Update - Version 1.1: I refined this design with several updates: the duct adapter now exhausts air directly to the fan without unnecessary flaps for alignment, bringing the overall duct lower to increase cooling proximity to the nozzle tip; exhaust ports on the inner diameter were redesigned to direct air downward toward the nozzle tip, and M3 screw holes were reduced in size to 3mm, eliminating the need for nuts. Decisions regarding V2.0 remain pending as I weigh user demand through comments; it may include an adapter with a bltouch mount or a hot end duct, prioritized accordingly based on feedback.
