FLSun Kossel Underslung V6 Effector

This is a custom delta effector designed specifically for the FLSun Kossel and an E3D V6 hotend. It utilizes a 40X10mm fan at the front - obtained from Digikey (https://www.digikey.com/product-detail/en/cui-inc/CFM-4010V-185-314/102-4362-ND/7620536) - and two 30X10mm fans on the sides. The original V6 fan can also be used for these positions. All screws required are M3X12, M3X18 or M3X20 in size. To ensure extra durability and high temperature resistance, PETG was chosen as the printing material. Supports are necessary for the effector_base part to print successfully. A test run yesterday with a 40mm fan brought the hotend up to 240C for ten minutes, resulting in the bottom of the heatsink remaining cool to the touch. This suggests that the fan's power is sufficient. The design remains a work in progress as of April 17th, 2019. The part cooling fans have yet to be integrated into the design. Determining the optimal placement of these fans has proven challenging, as they must blow on the part while avoiding interference with the arms, heatblock and towers. Despite some reservations about the current layout, continued experimentation is underway to achieve a suitable solution.
