Anyone who has purchased the FLSUN kossel mini kit knows firsthand that the 40mm radial fan provided with the kit falls woefully short of expectations. The innovative new effector design makes it a challenge to mount a hanging fan on the bottom of the effector, severely limiting cooling options. After experimenting with other fan shrouds posted to Thingiverse, I was disappointed to find little improvement. In response, I took matters into my own hands and designed a custom solution, which is now available for all to see. This design leverages a conventional 40mm fan, in stark contrast to the radial fan that comes standard with the printer kit.
