FLSUN kossel/delta Completely Redesigned Frame Brackets

It always bothered me that my Flsun Kossel plus's heated bed had 6 holes equally spaced, BUT for some reason the frame dimensions allowed use of only 3 of them.......and those 3 are attached by very flimsy adapters.... They use 9 injection molded brackets, that are barely able to keep this thing from flexing at 60mms(even though advertised as up to 150mm/s) The poor steppers are literally an integral part of the lower frame, and the dang bolts to attach the extrusion to the aforementioned brackets are towards the inside of the frame, making them very frustrating to start threads, adjust.....and assemble for the first time as they don't use T nuts..... and the belt tensioning system is clunky. So unless the cheap frame was perfectly level and square which lets face it, they're not, you're looking at a recipe for disaster..... So here is my solution: All brackets need to be easily printed with support New single piece lower brackets that fix the issues stated above. Will require cutting of stock extrusion to work. Also included a bigger lower bracket for anyone who really likes overkill...... New upper brackets that upgrade the flimsy stock ones. ........and a better e3d v5 heatsink mounting clamp for fun, because as you have probably guessed or know already...the stock one sucked. New belt tensioning system will require you to print a bracket that holds and prevents a M5 nut to spin while unthreading a phillips(star)head M5 bolt through the provided holes on top of the upper brackets. Or tap M6 threads into the tops of the extrusion and do the same. Up to you.... I will be designing the bracket for the M5 nut soon.
