I've created a modified version of GreatThreeD's Z frame support and motor mount, extending its length to prevent bending downward due to stepper weight. This revised design should work well with PLA, but I haven't printed it yet, so please report any issues you encounter. Update: Check out https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2455642 for an improved design that offsets leadscrews and eliminates flex entirely!
