FLSun I3 Endurance Laser Mount
thingiverse
This is a basic open box mount that fits any Endurance Laser. I have a 10 watt unit, and it will pick up the 3mm mount holes on the Laser. You'll need to drill two 1/8" holes, 6mm deep, to attach the mount to an extrusion/bearing holder. The FLSun is surprisingly a good printer after fine-tuning, but its X-rods aren't aligned, so there's no standard mount available for any accessories. I initially created a quick-release mount, but this one is simpler and requires only two screw removals to take out the laser unit. As an option, I added a soft 2mm thick silicone gasket to help reduce vibrations and improve accuracy. You can see it in the images as the milky white material peeking out. To make one, just trace the base on silicone (I used 2mm for convenience), cut it out, and punch two holes for the mount screws. I applied a touch of glue stick to hold it in place, but it worked until the screws got tighter. You may need to tighten and straighten the silicone in stages to achieve perfection. This took about 45 minutes to print with PLA.
