FLSUN FL - M i3 Z axis Stepper Mount

I'm still working on it, don't print this yet! I've discovered some major flaws in the design, but I'm already making progress on a new one. Thanks for waiting. 12/25/17 - Initial Design Upload [v0.1] These are my custom Z stepper mounts designed specifically for FLSUN FL i3 printers. The stock Acrylic mounts tend to bend under the weight of the Stepper motors, causing Z axis jamming or motor overloading issues. I actually broke mine trying to force it back into shape - what a rookie mistake! This is still a Work in Progress, as I'm uploading these designs right after creating them. I'll be printing them soon and posting pictures along with my printer settings later. 12/26/17 [Design Tested, Works Well] The part that fits inside the extruded aluminum grooves works surprisingly well (better than expected), but it needs some tweaks. The profile of Y axes and Z axes are quite different - I've measured the dimensions of the Y axes carefully. It's not a major issue though, as all the mounting holes line up perfectly so far, and the piece still bends due to the weight of the motor.
