Flsun Extruder Cable Chain
thingiverse
This is a custom cable chain for the FLSUN 3D printer. When I finally assembled this unit, my question was: "What were the engineers thinking when they built this without any cable management?" This solution resolves the frustrating cable management issue. You'll need to print: 24 ChainSegments (the actual chain) 24 ChainLids (the part that keeps cables organized in the chain) 1 Flsun Moving Carriage Side Chain Mount (the hot-end mount) 1 Frame mount for flsun chain (the chassis mount) To assemble this solution, you'll also need: 4 M4x8 screws 4 M4 nuts 4 zip ties I found a flexible coat hanger and used the FLSUN cable wrap to secure it to the Bowden tube. This clever hack makes the Bowden tube follow a smoother arc and accounts for any lost wiring. The carriage-side attaches directly to the stock carriage, while the frame side bolts onto the stock frame. You may need to use the slightly longer screws provided with the unit to properly bolt the carriage side to the carriage.
