Flsun Dual Z Single Motor
thingiverse
This text converts a Dual Z on an Flsun Cube to a single motor setup. To accomplish this, you will require two pieces of 2020 extrusion: one measuring 460mm and the other 100mm in length. Additionally, you'll need a 1220mm GT2 Loop Belt, available at Amazon (https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B018HMU9NU/ref=oh_aui_detailpage_o00_s01?ie=UTF8&psc=1). Two 5mm bore GT2 Smooth Pulleys can also be sourced from Amazon (https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B01H3F8LUU/ref=oh_aui_detailpage_o01_s01?ie=UTF8&psc=1), as well as two 8mm bore 20-tooth Drive Gears from Aliexpress. A single 5mm bore 20-tooth Drive Gear is needed; if you already have one, you can reuse it. To complete the setup, you will also require Nema17 to 608 Bearing Adapters (https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:78766), available on Thingiverse, and two 608 Bearings sourced from Aliexpress. When tightening the belt, slide the motor bracket out of the extrusion for easier access.
