I've taken Pienjo's design and adapted it to fit a 50mm blower fan with a 15x20mm outlet. Specifically, I used this example: https://www.aliexpress.com/item/5pcs-3D-printer-12V-24V-DC-0-15A-50mm-Blow-Radial-Cooling-Fan-5015-extruder-hotend/32808868816.html as a reference. The new fan mounting design fits snugly into the opening, and I've also added two screw holes for those who prefer to secure their fans in place.
