FLSUN Cube Z Probe Mount
thingiverse
Update: I've just upgraded my firmware, and discovered that the auto level sends the head too far to the right on my build, resulting in a head crash since the sensor never triggers. If you use this design, make sure it's only for z stop switch replacement, not auto bed leveling. With the dual nozzle design, there's limited space to work with, so I'm still exploring options. Be cautious and prepared to shut down the printer quickly if something goes awry. This is a prototype, but it's working well so far. I designed it for the dual nozzle upgrade since the included parts didn't provide the clearance I needed. I've only tested it with the Chimera and longer stainless nozzle configuration, but it should work fine with the Cyclops as well. It might even work with the stock nozzle. Feel free to experiment and leave comments on your findings. If you need me to tweak the design a bit, I can upload alternate configurations. You'll notice that I had to flip one of the heat blocks over before designing this part, but this configuration works well and keeps the wiring tight. CAUTION: This is close to the heat block, so moving it any further away would void the auto level function. Any closer and the parts could melt. Check your spaces, insulate the mount and sensor, and never leave the printer unattended - ever. Use at your own risk. Only you can prevent "printer" fires. CAUTION: When calibrating, use extra care to ensure the sensor is set far enough down and able to sense the bed before attempting a Z Home. Be ready to kill power if the nozzles and bed get too close. Use z offset wisely. More to come.
