FLSun Cube X-Axis Belt Tensioner

FLSun Cube X-Axis Belt Tensioner

The FLSun Cube 3D printer does not come with an X-Axis belt tensioner, so I designed one. The design is straightforward yet extremely effective. It is attached using the nuts and bolts of the outer linear bearings. However, you will need longer bolts; M4 x 20mm works very well. Some extra hardware is also required for the belt idler. You will need: * An M5 x 25 mm to mount the pulley * Either two M5 nuts or a lock nut to mount the pulley * An M4 x 25 mm bolt and nut to attach the idler to the base Its assembly is very simple.
