Flsun Cube Printer X-axis Belt Tensioner Upgrade
thingiverse
This build is based on my initial x-axis upgrade. The link to the original design can be found here: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2434624/#files. There's no need to replace the x-axis rod holder. To complete this project, you will require the following materials: - 2 pieces of M4 screw measuring 20mm in length - 2 pieces of M4 screw measuring 10mm in length - 4 pieces of M4 nut - 1 piece of M3 screw measuring 25mm in length - 1 piece of M3 nut - 1 heavy-duty compression spring with a diameter of at least 12mm Please note that the spring is not strictly necessary. The build will function perfectly whether or not you choose to include it. As I previously demonstrated, I successfully ran the preview version without using a spring. The GT2 holder proved to be remarkably stable once the belt tension was properly adjusted. I have updated the X-Axis_Tensioner_Base.stl file with additional back support. If you had previously downloaded this file, please replace it with the revised version by deleting the old file. The updated stl files are now available for download and include: - Standard_Hex_Nut__ver2.stl - X-Axis_Tensioner_Base_ver2.stl - GT2_Holder_Main_Base_ver_2.stl
