Printing with SBS demands a significantly tighter tolerance between the gear and outlet hole. To achieve this, I meticulously replicated the original extruder design, implementing a series of enhancements that reduced the distance at the outlet hole. For those interested in fine-tuning the design further, I have made available the FreeCAD file as an open-source resource, allowing for effortless customization to meet specific needs.
