My brand new FLsun 2017 Carriage For E3D V6 Hot End is up and running. It fits perfectly with the E3D V6, no modifications needed. I decided to stack two 40mm fans on top of each other for enhanced part cooling, hoping it would increase pressure. This design was inspired by a similar project found on Thingiverse. The inspiration came from this very thing: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2470024. I also used another useful model from Thingiverse: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1824307. To print the carriage parts, I opted for 50% fill to ensure maximum strength. However, for part cooling, a 20% fill was sufficient. The ducted design was hot-glued in place.
