FlowJet Hose clamp

This part comes from an EcoTemp Propane tankless water heater. The clamp is used to secure water hoses to the FlowJet pump, which typically becomes brittle with use and exposure to the sun. I broke the last one I had in stock just last week, and after a thorough online search yielded nothing, I decided to create my own. I have replicated the manufacturer's design as closely as possible. If you use this clamp and can improve upon it, please share your findings.
