Flower Vase

Our mission was to craft something that would cradle a flower beautifully. The parameters for this task were "after" and "worst day." The modifier card for week #5 challenge reads "fillet." We designed a vase for flowers as our solution. By combining the parameter cards, we created "after the worst day." A butterfly symbolizes life bursting forth and thriving on a lovely day, with the sun shining brightly on one side of the vase. When thinking about "after a worst day," we imagine a wonderful day with sunshine and flowers blooming, which is why we decorated it in this manner. Our modifier card, "fillet," inspired us to create a square shape with rounded, filleted edges. This project remains in its design phase and has not yet been manufactured.
