Flower Guard
thingiverse
My cats go wild for digging out dirt from my potted plants, destroying everything in under a minute if left unchecked. To prevent this chaos, I covered all my pots with heavy stones that unfortunately encouraged fungal growth and mold on my coco fiber soil. I experimented with chicken wire, but it was frustratingly annoying and posed a risk of hurting the cats. To plant flowers, simply align the two halves around the stem and push them into the ground. Be aware that this may damage the roots, so proceed at your own peril or wait until after replanting and covering with fresh soil. The flower guard is designed to print as one piece with a small separation gap. Depending on your printer's accuracy, the two parts might not snap apart smoothly.
