Box for storing jewelry or other small items: A stylish container with a translucent lid that reveals its contents when backlit by a light source.\nAn optional ring insert can be designed to provide an accurate view of your finger accessories of all sizes.\nOther items that fit inside without scaling the model up include: decks of cards, memory cards, coins, membership cards, rusty nails, earplugs, breath mints, batteries, miniature figurines, post-it notes, paperclips, matches and small wooden pencils commonly found at IKEA stores.\n\nHow to 3D Print This Object\nResolution: 0.1mmSupported Filaments: NoneRafts: Not Required\nThe Bottom\nIncreasing the infill percentage on the bottom section will make it heavier and less likely to tip over when opened. Thirty percent should be sufficient.\nThe Top\nTwenty-five percent infill should provide ample support for the top section.\nThe Ring Insert\nThis component requires printing in a flexible or elastic material, such as TPE or NinjaFlex. It's designed to be printed upside-down without supports.\nUsing a lower infill percentage can enhance flexibility, but 20% worked well with my TPE filament. You could potentially reduce it further to 10% if needed.\nEnsure the bottom three to four layers where the "tongues" are situated are solid to secure proper adhesion.\nThe Hinge\nThe hinge is designed for use with a 1.75mm center filament (scale up to 171% for 3mm filament). Heat and flatten the ends of the filament using a soldering iron, wood burning tool or even a flat screwdriver heated by a lighter. Drill holes if necessary or scale up the model when printing.
