This is a high-speed flow wrapping machine. It is designed to work with cube sugars, chocolates, and all other food and medical products. Super hygienic design.Max speed is 500 p/min. Current design can pack cube sugars in one, two, and three cubes in one pack, all the thing that operator needs to do is to select the desired packing style recipe.It feeds via a vibratory bowl feeder, and a smart feeding conveyor.Power consumption of this machine is 4kw, it uses a PLC and HMI to make it fully automated.It is totally practical, that this design has built many times and they are working without any problem.All materials, PLC program, HMI program, Electrical diagram, Full BOM list, 2D PDF and DXF files and every other things are available.Designed with Solidworks 2020.
