Flow restrictor for T-Rex Shower Head

I printed the T-Rex Shower Head but wanted to limit the amount of water my kids used so they wouldn't consume all the hot water. I created this small flow restrictor to screw into place. I kept the hole slightly obstructed at first, allowing me to drill it out gradually larger until I achieved the desired flow rate. My initial print was somewhat flawed, as it turned out a bit too loose and shifted sideways - my kids were complaining because the water pressure without it became unbearable. I need to add one or two more threads for added stability.
