A high-flow reducer for the Shishi Odishi. Deliberately slows down water flow to allow the tube to fill roughly every 7 seconds, with performance influenced by the pump and voltage utilized. Conceived based on an idea from techyg's comment on the Shishi Odoshi Japanese Water Fountain.
