Hi there This is a floss holder, the main idea is to battle the single serve plastic holders. The two knobs on each side (with a star logo on them), serve as an attachment point from with a floss wire can be attached and lead through the slit on the two forks back to the knob on the other side. Winding the wire a few times around each knob, makes sure the wire is firmly in place. Can be printed best (if not only with) a SLA/DLP printer. Good luck flossing without your fingers down your mouth!
