Floss Holder
thingiverse
I took the floss bow and drilled a hole to accept a 3mm bolt thread. I also added a 1.5mm hole to feed the floss into the 3mm clamp screw. You can create the 3mm thread with a tap, or enlarge the hole slightly and drive a bolt into it. The bow is made of ABS plastic to give it some springiness. This allows you to tighten the floss, then secure it in place with the screw. Print Settings Printer Brand: RepRap Printer: Prussa i3 Rafts: No Supports: No Resolution: 200 microns Infill: 40% hex Post-Printing I made the threads for the 3mm lock screw. Be careful not to overtighten the screws, as the thread is plastic and can break easily. I also cleaned out the 1.5mm hole - it tends to print very small or closed on my system.
